Welcome to Buffalo Class's page - our teacher is Mr Prinn and our teaching assistant is Mrs Nacey

In Buffalo class we have been learning about the Ancient Egyptians.

We have looked at what happens to dead bodies in Ancient Egypt, something called ‘mummification’.

We were interested (some of us disgusted!) by some of the things they had to do. Did you know that Egyptians thought the brain was useless so they used to drag it out through the nose and feed it to the cat!!!!!

We have written some instructions on how to mummify a dead body, please don’t try this at home!

We have also been learning about tessellation – come and have a closer look at the displays in our cloakroom and the board above Crocodile Class' pegs.
