Welcome to Camel Class's page - our teacher is Miss Buzzacott and our teaching assistant is Mrs Rushen

The Year 2  children in Camel and Hippo Classes visited the Bathpool Chapel recently as part of their religious studies. While there, they sketched some of the things they saw. Their work is currently on display on the right as you enter our main school building - please come in and see their masterpieces.

Years 1 and 2 visited Allerford Rural Life Museum. The adults and children dressed in Victorian costumes and had lessons in the classroom and the playground. The teacher was very strict and examined the children's hands to make sure they were clean before the lesson began.
The children used pieces of slate and slate pencils for their writing.
They were shown some of the games Victorian children used to play. Here are some of Camel class playing with hoops and skipping ropes in the playground. Skipping is very popular in our own school playground.
Some of the children were very brave and tried out the stilts, with a little help from Mrs Davies-Evans.
